The phone interview was on Microsoft teams and there was not good internet service so it was very spotty the onsite interview went well i went a climbed the tower and was able to look around and ask questions

1 screening call. 2 in person interviews. They ask a lot of technical questions about wind turbines and your education, qualifications and experience. They also discuss if you prefer inland or offshore

Interview
Went to the site and was climb tested and interviewed. It went well. got a tour of the site and ONM Building. Met people on the crew while i was there.
