Question 1
Describe a situation where I managed a difficult contract negotiation
I got a response to my application within a few days, first interview was with someone from HR. Following this there was an interview with the hiring manager, and a third final interview with a few key members of the team to check for culture fit. HRs initial feedback on the interviews was positive, was told they are going to move to offer. Soon after, they stopped all communication and didn’t provide official feedback or next steps. Just went quiet, which is quite poor.

The interview process typically begins with an online test, which may assess skills such as problem-solving, technical knowledge, or logical reasoning, depending on the role. After successfully completing the online test, candidates are invited for an in-person interview. During the in-person interview, employers assess a candidate's communication skills, cultural fit, and more specific qualifications related to the job. This stage often involves technical questions, behavioral assessments, and discussions about the candidate's experience and goals. The process aims to gauge both technical capabilities and interpersonal attributes.
