It was mainly understanding what knowledge I have that is applicable to their company and whether my mindset is aligned with their values. Their values being open to learning things that I am not familiar with and understanding that in their line of work, it is hard to achieve work life balance so I need to be prepared to sacrifice some time for my learning and the job.

Interview
The interview process was quite casual and not intense which made me felt at ease in answering questions. Terms and conditions were negotiable too which allowed a room for consideration.
