Vistaar Finance Interview Questions

Fastest process ever, got the offer with 3 days. It was 2 round process, in 1st round, HOD took the interview, it was more like a life experience sharing session where we bith share our experiences and Vistaar expectations from the role. On the next day, for the 2nd round, the HR Head alomg with my HOD had discussed about the role and other functions, mostly related to my work. In the meantime, psychometric test was conducted by the HR. Next day, HR came with the offer, it was an online process. Acceptance was also online. First of all they asked me to provide KYC details along with work and educational information on the online portal. Once it was done, they approached me with the offer.

Very good process to selection, I think this is my first HR manager interview, I remember last 6 year I dint face the any interview for new Job. I like there process.

The interview was scheduled in a very structured manner and the response from the HR team was very swift. After first round of telephonic interview, the online psychometric test was given. Then the face to face interview was scheduled. The complete interview process was completed in a week's time. All in all it was a good experience interviewing with Vistaar.

First - HR round Second- Apptitude Test Onine third - BM Round fourth - Salary Discussion fifth- selection. During the Interview - the HR has informed everything as well as informed about the Online test. They also informed how the test is and its whereabouts.

I was contacted by the hr and after that they took one technical thereafter the manger called me and took another technical then they told me that I have to do a assignment so it took me almost 4 hours to complete my assignment and I was directly coordinating with the manager after the test none of them contacted me even I tried to contact but the hr was not picking up the calls and the manager wasnt replying to the msgs......i had every right to hear whether I cleared or not after putting on so much time and effort..

Pretty professional way of hiring. Interview was 2 level and HR, pretty punctual on interview schedule. HR and various stakeholders involved in the interview always ensured that candidate is put at ease before asking questions.

Telephonic and In person (1:1)- I had applied and received the 1st HR call on Jan.15 , then after two more telephonic HR discussion 1:1 interview with SH and telephonic interview with NSH .
