Interview
Pleasant and fast interview process. The first step was a video call with the CEO and another senior member of the company. Passed that, the final interview was in person in Lausanne with the whole team. Extremely nice people, not a single HR template question, all questions functional to the role and my profile.

Question 1
During the first call we discussed a lot Volv and their current challenges, so I was the one mostly asking questions. During the in-person interview I was asked several CV-related questions. An example of a question they had is: how would you design a system to reduce the size and dimensionality of the data?
