He is a bully and uses words in an aggressive manner expecting you to be desperate for a job and massage his huge ego. I have never met someone this rude - he’s proud to call himself ruthless while bullying people.

Expect to be pushed, belittled and shock. the interview is quite violent in the expression. It can even be related to a form of bullying. Too bad, because we do not need to be badly led to do the job.
