WING Global interview questions

Interview conducted over Zoom video. Two interviewers; one male and one female. Interviewed in English language, while interviewers consulted with each other using Japanese language. Time required was 30 minutes. Questions were concentrated on my work history, asking why I terminated each position. Several questions were of a personal nature, seemingly unrelated to the position itself. The company seems to use discriminatory hiring practices.
