WNS Management Trainee Program interview questions

There was an aptitude test, followed by a psychometric test. The tests were held at the office. Then 2 rounds of telephonic interview were conducted- first was technical and second was HR round. Each round was elimination round. Process lasted close to a week, from first call for test to final offer.
