The process lasted February through March. I applied in early February and received an email from a recruiter about 3 weeks later to set up a phone interview. After passing this, I was forwarded onto my desired department where I had 2 in person interviews. One was with a panel of 4 people and the other was a 1-on-1. My advice is to not compare your experience too much to others. Everyone's experience is different! Be yourself and don't stress too much!
