I first spoke with a recruiter, then two members of the team I would be working with, then finally the manager. Everyone I spoke to, from the recruiter to the manager, were kind, competent, and easy to speak with.

The first interview was over the phone and with HR. HR was really very interested, warm and informative. Afterwards, I had an online interview with the department manager and an employee. Many questions were asked with the S.T.A.R technique, it took about 1 hour. It was a very long and tiring interview. After the second interview, I received a rejection mail from HR and it was the same rejection mail I received 2 years ago when I joined with another team. I think they either advertise the job when it is already clear who they will hire, or they use a stereotypical rejection mail.
