I applied through school career center, and I went there for this first round pre-selection interview. It's 1 on 1, the recruiter was in investment banking for a long time and went to MBA afterwards. After graduation he plays an important role in Disney. He is a very senior and professional guy. The interview was casual though. He asked me a few questions regarding my resume, then we discussed detailedly about a project I did in school. Last for 20 mins, and nothing technical. But I guess it would be harder in the next few rounds.
