Fairly typical: a phone interview with HR, group phone interview with two other people, and a half-day interview with various people on the project. Waited to hear back from them about a decision (or any decision) but was completely ghosted. It was a good interview process until that point but seriously, I expected more about any type of decision, even if it was "Hi, we're not going to fill the position at this time" or even a rejection letter. They did ask me to fill out a questionnaire about my interview experience which was... ironic.
