Went through a standard interview with the manager who would be my immediate boss. The following week, they brought me in for a second interview with the VP of Marketing. Both interviews were fairly typical "tell me about yourself!" interviews. They did talk a bit about the Disney employee culture... how their clean-cut, family-friendly image suits some people and not others. I didn't have to perform any skills tests. The only thing out of the ordinary is that I had to bring a LOT of paperwork with me to the first interview. Employment history, residential history, etc. Basically, I had to sign over permission for them to run very thorough background checks on me. I haven't heard a final answer yet. The 2nd interview was only yesterday morning...
