I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Garden City, NY)
Interview
I went into the store and impressed one of the managers who told me to go to the group interview the following Monday so I went and we did the basic Favorite Character/Difficult Customer/ Improv, etc etc and then I got a call the next day and did a phone interview which then led to submitting a background check and a 1 on 1 interview with the district manager... All to be told I'd only be getting four hour shifts.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
