I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
2 step interview process, first step is an online questionnaire about fit and the second step is a phone interview. (The second interview is more about placement). My phone interviewer was really sweet and asked about my top 3 roles, even though I got placed in merchandise because it was “most” needed. I had merchandise marked as a low interest. I did not love my location because the management was not the best, but most people in the program liked where they worked. Part of the pandemic group and did get asked back eventually.

Interview
The interview was multiple online surveys and then if you passed you did a 30-minute phone call. The phone call was the generic interview questions, also asking if you would be willing to be a life guard as they have to do more certifications then the other cast members.

Interview
Easy as long as you prepare, you will be fine. There are a lot of guides online that basically tell you what they're going to say. Overall, I would make sure to just say their name at the end of the interview as well. Ex: Thanks so much ____! This shows you actually listened :)
