It was great - three rounds. One was the recruiter, second was the hiring manager and third was with prospective coworkers that we might be working with on future projects. Once that was vetted, I got the call about a week later.

There were rounds, all with manager or higher level leaders in the department. Each round was 30-45 minutes, with roughly 5-6 questions asked in each. Unfortunately, positions are VERY competitive because not a lot of openings happen, so everyone in the department rushes to apply.

-What is one weakness you see in yourself
Interviewers did a thorough job of asking questions regarding experience, behavior, and intent of looking to move to this organization. Everyone was cordial, respectful, and genuinely interested in understanding not only the qualifications of the candidate but also as a person.
