• Multiple follow-ups received no response. No rejection. No closure.
• For a company of Disney’s stature, the lack of professionalism in handling a senior candidate at the final stage was surprising.

If third-party recruiters represent your brand, their accountability should match your leadership standards. Senior candidates who invest months in interviews deserve structured communication and formal closure especially after documentation is collected
