Brief - the direct report was sick and told me he wasn't feeling well. The entire interview lasted less than 2o minutes. They should have rescheduled rather then call me in. The HR person spent far more time with me, reviewing my credentials and wanted to see my W2 to confirm my salary which they offered to meet but not beat.
