Warren James Retail Sales Associate interview questions

Got a Whatsapp message from head office, asking me to call the branch. I did, and they offered me an interview. I attended, dressed appropriately and arrived right on time. Interview took 40 minutes. At the end, the hiring manager said it would take a week to get back to me, and I sent a text back on Whatsapp to head office to thank them/the interviewer. I waited a week for the feedback. Then another week. And another week. And another week. Never heard back. Not from the store and not even from head office. Very unprofessional and totally disrespectful towards the time and effort I took out of my day for this interview.
