Interview
Online interview for internship, overall good experience, interviewer was very nice, overall atmosphere of the interview was more relaxed, mainly asking a lot of open ended questions rather than regular interview questions.
1st - online interview with HR - abour 20 minutes
2nd - online interview with hiring manager (CIO) - about 1 hour. Questions pretty technical. CIO also was unsure what he was asking.
3rd - face to face interview with CFO and HR Manager. About 1 hour. CFO did all the talking. Questions were softskills related, and some IT skills related
4th - face to face interview with CEO and HR Director. About 30 minutes. CEO was quite stuck up, kept saying WASCO is a small company. No value conversation. HR Director just asked some basic questions. CEO then just walked out.

Phone call interview first and then on site interview. After successfully pass the interview, then drug test and after is offer letter with the start date and compensation and benefits from the company.............
