The process included two technical rounds and a CEO discussion. My salary expectations were clearly discussed before the interviews began. After successfully completing all rounds, I was informed that the compensation offered was significantly lower than what had been aligned earlier. When I raised this concern, I was told they would instead hire two junior developers if I did not accept the revised amount immediately. I requested a middle ground and further discussion, but after that there was no response to my calls or emails. Based on my experience, I would advise candidates to be cautious and ensure full written alignment on compensation before proceeding. Transparency and communication during hiring are strong indicators of company culture.
