You will be asked to record a short 2-3 minute video explaining why you are a good fit for the role (sharing what excited you about the position and what you can bring to the team), to be shared via email along with salary expectations.
If you pass this first video round, you will likely be invited to a live virtual interview with the Director of Operations and at least one other team member.
Should you continue to impress and become a finalist candidate, you will be invited to a 1:1 live virtual interview with the Co-founder, Krista Pawley.
If you click with everyone and are the best candidate for the role, you will be invited to another virtual live call and offered the position "in-person".
