I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wavestone (Paris) in Mar 2017
Interview
They contacted me via LinkedIn, I answered that i was interested a first phone screen was set for 1 o'clock. On th d-day they called 15 minutes late after i'd sent an email.
It went very well, so I was later asked for a second phone interview with a manager (i was abroad). The interview started thrity minutes late, after i had to send, once again, an email..
The person told me they would call me the following Monday for feedback, positive or not. Monday no call, I sent an email round noon on Tuesday.. I finally got a call on the Wednesday.
I think they are having trouble setting a strategy to manage there growth effectively at the moment.. at least in the HR department.

Question 1
What do you think is the thing we most have top be aware when managing our consultants ?
After sending my CV I've been contacted by an HR rep for a phone interview.
Turns out Wavestone seems like a company where your smooth talking matters more than your actual competencies since the recruiter would later reproach me for not answering questions they didn't even ask. They also were quite judgmental in their feedback which wasn't very constructive even though they probably think it was. They also weren't really kind or benevolent over the phone.
