Our recruitment process is structured around three interviews so that candidates can meet members of the operational teams at different hierarchical levels and thus have an enlightened vision of the position they want. The purpose of these interviews is also to allow Wavestone to assess their mastery of the know-how and interpersonal skills required to work and flourish in the demanding world of consulting (ability to synthesize, analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, knowledge of the business, human qualities, etc.). Throughout the process, a recruitment officer accompanies the candidates, debriefs past meetings, prepares them for the next one, and listens to them to adjust the interview schedule.
