I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in May 2016
Interview
I had three separate interviews. The first being a phone screen. The second a panel interview. The third a one on one with the Director. It was a very engaging process. The recruiter I was working with prepped me before each step s o I felt confident going into the interview.
