Interview
I was contacted by a woman who said wayfair was interested in my candidacy. We set up a phone screen. She asks me about my experience and tells me more about the company and the direction its headed in. Then she asks me a brain teaser, I end up solving it fairly quickly (within 2 min). Next day, I get an email, saying I wasn't being considered anymore.

Interview
Process consisted of three interviews. An initial HR phone interview pertaining to background w/ logic puzzles, a second phone interview (slightly more technical, still mostly background), followed by a third in person interview with 4 different senior engineers. The in person interview consists of a number of background questions, SQL questions, psuedocode problems, etc.
