I'm in my third year of college and looking for an internship during summer break. I applied online and after eight days got an E-mail requiring a phone interview. I was asked about several questions through phone. 1. Tell me about yourself, when will you graduate. 2. What's the most challenge part in your previous job. 3. How do you deal with conflict in a team 4. Why this company 5. Why this position, what interests you the most 6. Any questions The whole process only took 15 minutes. The interviewer spoke very fast and seems in a hurry. It made me a little sad... :( At last the interviewer said she would update with me later, maybe in one or two weeks.
