I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Lengthy interview process. Came in 3 times and consulted for the company and was told an offer was coming. Waited and waited, finally got a call from HM and said I was the only final candidate but they wanted to keep interviewing others. Never heard back. Very disappointed in the process overall as the team I met with was great.

Other Recruiting Manager interview reviews for Wayfair
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wayfair (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Standard process:
1) Recruiter call
2) Video interview - interview lasted 15 minutes and asked about your background from high level perspective
3) Virtual Onsite - 3 standard sessions (focus on Always Improving, Win Together, and Results) + 1 recruiting case study. For the case, my interviewer only gave me 7 minutes (he explicitly told me from the beginning) to come up with answers to his 5 questions.
4) Recruiter update
One of my interviewers, who's focus was on "Win Together", did not ask me any related questions to this competency, which I feel hindered me from getting the job because it was what I had prepped for. Also, he asked me how I would describe my company to my mom (non-tech savy) - I don't know why this is relevant because it doesn't actually measure what I'd be doing for the job I'm interviewing for, and they do these little "catch you off guard" things (it's not nearly as important as what I was supposed to be asked).

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Sept 2019
Interview
First it was an initial interview with the in-house Recruiter.
Then, there was a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. Following that I talked with the hiring manager on the phone, followed by her manager on the phone. The final interview was a virtual panel with about 6 people.
