The first interview was a case study. Overall, the questions were pretty straightforward. There are good online resources for giving example questions that may occur during the interview. They also provide you with a video that has examples of bad, good, and excellent answers to potential questions.
Traditional phone screen followed by two case studies and a final behavioral interview. All three interviews were roughly an hour long. Cases were straightforward with simple math. Behavioral was based on the internal “people principles”.
Made it through all 3 rounds of interviews just to find out the recruiter was fired and was given no update on whether or not the position was filled or closed
