Wefunder interview questions

First interview went well, then they assigned a project as a second step. This project entailed diving into a campaign on their website and analyzing it, then creating a plan on how to improve it. This project took 6+ hours. Then another interview with 2 staff members who lead the fundraising team, who arrived late and seemed disinterested the entire interview. To top it off, despite two interviews and a project, they proceeded to ghost me after my last interview.
