I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Glen Mills, PA) in Sept 2016
Interview
First had a phone interview and then a few days later I was called to set up an in person interview at the Concordville PA location. I met with one of the area managers and with a HR representative. The manager seemed well engaged and friendly, the HR representative seemed to me like he would rather had been somewhere else but was at least semi-professional. Questions were pretty similar to what I had already answered in the phone screen with some different ones mixed in. The HR representative askes a question at the very end which although probably wasn't out of line - or could be proven to be anyway, but because of where it was asked and what I perceived its intent to be, certainly stretched the bounds of ethics and made me suspect ageism was in play. Didn't get an offer or much in the way of viable feedback. Basically I just got blown off - no longer under consideration and good luck finding a job elsewhere. There was no encouragement to consider applying for other positions in the future. While they have the customer experience and customer service down pretty good, seems like they're just as bad as many of their competitors in the corporation walking its talk.

Question 1
Pretty standard questions as many have noted here.
I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Chapel Hill, NC)
Interview
This was a 30-minute phone screener to determine fit before passing on to an interview. It was pretty straight-forward. The interviewer was based with Wegman's corporate team, not the local store where I applied.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (New York, NY)
Interview
Easy nothing too hard
A rock could pass the interview
Great pay but factor in was in NYC
Simple interview was hired same day started within a few days of interview
The interview was scheduled by phone, we met in a nice office and two people interviewed me. I felt like my resume was read and understood prior to the interview. Interviewers were kind and asked questions about my overall work ethic as well as problem-solving and team mentality questions.
