One 20-minute phone interview with a recruiter, very simple questions. Then an in-person interview with the recruiter and the manager or team leader you'd be working with. Typical interview questions about strengths and weakness and the like. Nothing difficult.

Interview was handled by the employee advocate and one of the head chefs of the store. Basic experience questions, able to work in an environment where you do stuff, etc etc.
