Very easy, three interviews. First a phone call, then meeting with HR, then meeting with another manager. Considering I was young when I interviewed, it was not very hard. I don't think it would be difficult for anyone to interview with the company.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
