Met in person and was asked many questions about myself, and what I would do in certain work related situations. Was then asked to rank which department I would like to work in from 1-5.

Why do you feel Wegmans is a place for you to work?
It was a fairly simple process. The first step was a phone call interview. The call only lasted about thirty minutes. Then it was an in person interview. They asked simple behavioral questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Cherry Hill, NJ)
Interview
A phone interview was the first part of the process. Despite playing phone tag briefly the management was cordial and understanding. After a phone interview they called back and scheduled an in-store interview. They were quick to bring me into the office and very professional during. I had applied to the store before and was denied, but I was able to know quickly because they send a snail mail letting you know if you didn't get the job. Confirmations like this are, if not a happy thing to see, appreciated.
