I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (King of Prussia, PA) in Mar 2022
Interview
A group interview, one hr person, and potential supervisor. Questions are generic, but they do not want answers, about you, they want them about them and their procedures. They knew who they wanted for the position, and the interviews of everyone else were a formality. I did this process six times. Most candidates are massively overqualified, but they seem to go on popularity and "clique" inclusion.
