Recruiter contacted me after a general application. Had initial phone screening to go over background and interest in West. Next interview was with a Senior Manager to talk more about how my experience translates to their work. Final interview was a 4 hour long zoom interview with 5 back to back individuals covering values, skills, behavior, case study, and fit. For M&A, need to be very specific about how your background relates to the work the team does -- they expect a general understanding and relevant experience. Had to submit a write-up of the case, and heard back the following day on the offer.
