In my field of trade as a fitter mechanic/machinist, they just asked me some situational scenarios that might happened onboard, and i think its also their way if they can hire you or not depending on your answer and knowledge.

Interview
Short and concise. Took only about 30 minutes and it was rather informal and relaxed. Asked me a few questions about myself and also told me more about their company culture
Brief yet detailed PI round. Wasn't stressful at all, interviewer made sure everyone was comfortable and not stressed out. It was a group interview. We were asked general PI questions and questions related to willingness to work onboard ships for long periods of time regardless of the challenges.
