I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Weston Robot (Singapore)
Interview
The process takes a long time; from the time I submitted my resume to the end of the interview, it took me about a month. Their official two rounds of interview, the first round of interview asked general questions, and then they were tasked to design (briefly describe) a robotic system, including what kind of sensor and hardware should be used, psucode for OS, and aid diagram for the robotic system. The second interview was basically to report on the task they signed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Which version of C/C++ are you using? 2. much more detail or the baisc principle on a specific sensor 3. List of power supplies you've previously designed, with pros and cons. etc etc... To be honest, some of the questions go far beyond the scope of a fresh graduate's knowledge. and they don't believe the final year project regardless of the grade, even if I get an A for it. At the end, the offered salary is below the average.
