It was a lengthy process with different tests to assess different skills of the candidate. At the same time they also have many rounds making the overall process a pain.

Tell me about a time when you provided good customer service?
3 rounds: HR, Hiring Manager, Stakeholders
I thought they will give technical exam but there wasn't. Each round is 1 hr long. Feedback from TA takes a week or two.
