Awful. Applied online, apart from standard generic "received application confirmation" email 2 seconds after hitting submit button, heard nothing back until a cold (and again generic worded) email 10 weeks after application saying progressing with other applicants.
Ex-colleagues working in Westpac (whom I've worked with over 15 years at all levels Line 1, Line 2, Regional Managers and Department Heads) all surprised I didn't even get an interview.
No details for unsuccessful application, no ability to discuss with unsuccessful email having the nerve to invite me to apply for future roles.
With the shoddy and cold application and hard-close process, definitely won't be applying for any future Westpac roles.
