I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation (Ghaziabad) in Sept 2011
Interview
WOIL came on campus during the Summer Placement week. The interview was very structured intended to measure the candidate's analytical skills, subject grasp, interest in the field( in my case HR ), openness to learning and efficiency of thought process. This I believe is perfect when it comes to recruiting a summer intern.
