Firstly CV elimination, then some maths and logic tests. If you pass that, Phone Interview and later invitation to Assessment Center.After passing the tests, I was called by phone from HR for the interview. Feedback of interview was sent very later.

First of all Cv screening: international experience and at least 2 languages spoken. 2nd step the English and logical test, some questions quite similar to GMAT. 3rd step is a Skype interview to understand your strengths and weaknesses, mostly psychological questions. 4th step: group interviews on a business case in the HQ.
