It was campus recruitment mainly containing 2 shortlisting round followed by 2 interview rounds first round was of plum test followed by technical test interview and hr interview.interview was to technical and hr round was based on software knowledge

Mostly fluid mechanics question followed by heat transfer
The interview is highly technical with relevant questions to company values and leadership behaviors. Interviewee gets to talk with multiple company representatives from various levels within the organization, both within the function being interviewed for and cross function.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation in Dec 2021
Interview
After submitting an online application, I had a series of virtual calls with various members on the team. After a couple weeks I was offered the position. Overall it was a positive experience, and everyone I talked to was very nice. I would have accepted the job, but the starting bonus and relocation package was a joke for someone with my level of education and experience ($1000 starting bonus, really?? May as well not offer anything at all.)
