Whitestone Branding interview questions

The first interview went well, and the second interview seemed to go very well. During the second interview, the interviewer mentioned I would be hearing back to set up the next meeting with the account managers and to wait and discuss compensation and other details with her. However, after waiting and not hearing anything, I sent a few follow-up emails over weeks because I was very excited about the position and felt it was a perfect match. I also reached out to my original recruiter, but received no response. This lack of communication felt very unprofessional and disappointing.
