Interview
First there was a phone call with the manager, then a group interview. I was then interviewed by 3 different people. First was manager of front, then store GM, then AGM. All questions were behvaioral questions, or customer service based.
Talking about your past experiences, and answering some situational questions related to the job. How you dealt with conflicts with coworkers and with customers, and how you resolved it. Pretty short and easy questions.

Relaxed interview process, hanged out in front of the store and answered questions. Offered a position on the spot and discussed benefits and next steps. Must be willing to work at least one weekend day a week.
The interview last about 30 minutes and I met with 3 people. They asked about my personal life, professional experiences, and talked a lot about the atmosphere of the store.
