I felt that the five people interviewing seemed hostel and I think that they feel "special". They didn't sell the company at all. Very aggressive interviewing questions, trying to trip you up. The interview took about forty-five minutes. I got the feeling that they already had chosen someone before my interview. I was called and told that I didn't have enough experience (ten years of management experience in the Natural Foods Industry) although I had way more experience than the Manager (Team Leader) of the department. Very strange.
