Longish online application, email from Team Member to see if I was still interested, interview day set up and instructions for interview. 3 People on the panel (seemed one or 2 others were supposed to be there but unable to attend). Began with me making a presentation - but they were looking at my resume during this - odd as I'd have thought they'd have already reviewed it and it meant they were not paying full attention to the presentation. People very nice, asked general and specific questions. I felt comfortable and at ease.
