Interview
I applied to Whole Foods at seven on a Wednesday night, and I got a call on Thursday morning. I set up my interview and went in and I was interviewed by the Customer Service Assistant Team Leaders. They were extremely friendly and made jokes with me. I felt nervous but just their demeanor made me feel more relaxed. They asked basic questions about work experience and also what I knew about healthy eating.

They asked a bit about healthy eating and produce, so I would read up a bit if you're not familiar with a lot of produce.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
