I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Boston, MA) in Jul 2013
Interview
The whole process went well. The people doing the interviews were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I was asked a number of general questions about myself as to what position I was applying for and why. As it turned out, the position I applied for was taken but I was hired for a different job entirely based on one of my hobbies! I felt very comfortable with meeting most Team Leaders (dept and store managers) and I'm looking forward to going into this with an open mind, hoping I don't get confused by all of the rules that need to be followed!

Question 1
None of the questions asked were really that difficult, it's just hard to think of answers when you're trying to think of your lives work history (mine is quite extensive as I'm not so young) to give a good, relevant answer. For me, the most difficult question was "What would I do if I saw a Team Member stealing?" To which the obvious answer is to tell a Team Leader about it. But I know from experience, that store politics could get in the way, and I may be fighting to keep my job because the person stealing, happens to be a good "friend" of the manager.
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

Question 1
What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
