Online application - Casual “Interview” with Team Leader and Metro Educator (this is NOT the current method of a standard TE interview) - Interviews now require a presentation teaching the panel how to complete a task (i.e. make a paper airplane) and Q&A with each panel member.

Typically you should be working on that team for a little in order to understand the basics. The postion opened up and I applied. I came into contact with my bosses and let them know I was interested as well.

Usually a panel of 4-6 people, depending on department, store and location resources. Fairly easy. Only team management and supervisors will be involved, rarely Store leadership. 30-60-90 day plan presentation, scenario questions etc.
